Requirements Gathering

In order to full fill your requirement in an accurate manner, we need to gather as much information as possible about your vacancy. We recommend either a telephonic / face to face briefings for all new vacancies with your assigned consultant.

Database Search

BSC Ltd. maintains a comprehensive database. Using the latest database technology/search tools we have immediate access to many top skilled candidates seeking new opportunities.

Advertising

If unable to find right candidate in our database, together we can determine the most appropriate advertising strategy. We create awareness in potential candidates using Electronic Media: Will include advertising on all the main recruitment websites which maintains databases of several industries across all verticals.

Short Listing

We short list initially from application, resume, and telephone interview. We use a variety of skills assessment tools to provide fast, effective, evaluation of candidates to ensure we have explored all areas relevant to your particular requirements.

Presenting Candidate(s)

Once we have thoroughly checked potential candidates, we provide you with a shortlist using the candidates' individual resumes, profiles, reference comments, skill test results and consultant overview.

Interview Arrangement(s)

We liaise with the selected candidates to arrange interviews at your convenience, ensuring they are fully briefed about the exact nature of the position and your company's background and culture.

Offer Negotiation

Following selection, we assist with the negotiation of offers right through to the successful completion of the placement.
